WORK WITH ME

This is not a quick fix

It’s real transformation

What to expect, where I can help, and how to get started.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What working together actually looks like

We start with a conversation

Before anything else, we have a free 20-minute consultation to see if this work is the right fit. I want to hear what's bringing you here. You'll get a sense of how I work and whether you want to continue. No pressure, no obligation.

The work unfolds—it isn't prescribed

Jungian therapy doesn't follow a protocol. We follow what your psyche is actually presenting—dreams, symptoms, patterns, body sensations—and go where the material leads. This requires patience and a genuine willingness to be surprised.

Session are weekly or every other week

Most clients meet weekly, particularly at the beginning. Every other week is available for those further along or working with significant material between sessions. Frequency is something we decide together.

Change happens at depth

Most clients begin to notice something shifting within the first few months. Not because the symptoms disappear, but because their relationship to them changes. The deeper structural change that depth work is known for tends to emerge over a longer arc.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Where I can help

Each of these pages goes deeper. If something resonates, follow it.

01

Burnout & The High-Performing Life

For people who are still hitting their targets but running on empty. When the drive that built your life starts working against you.

02

When Success Isn’t Enough

You’ve achieved what you set out to achieve. The satisfaction you expected hasn't arrived. This is the work for what comes after accomplishment.

03

Chronic Illness & The Body

For those whose body has started telling a story their doctors can't fully explain. The symbolic and psychological dimensions of physical symptoms.

04

Chronic Stress & The Nervous System

When the body has been running on high alert for so long it's forgotten how to stop. Somatic work for the system that won't settle.

05

Couples Depth Therapy

Relationships are where the unconscious becomes most visible. For couples ready to work with what's underneath the surface conflict.

06

Neurodivergence & The Inner Live

For autistic and ADHD adults whose inner world runs against conventional structures.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I accept payment via credit card, HSA, and FSA.

Upon request I can provide a monthly superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Whether your plan reimburses for out-of-network mental health services varies. I recommend calling your insurance provider before we begin to understand your benefits.

All sessions are conducted via telehealth throughout California.

A limited number of reduced-fee spots may be available for those who demonstrate financial need. Contact me directly to inquire.

Frequently asked questions

What is Jungian therapy and how is it different from other approaches?

Most therapy aims to reduce symptoms so you can return to normal functioning. Jungian therapy starts from a different premise: that your symptoms are purposive—the unconscious attempting to redirect the personality toward greater wholeness. Rather than managing what's wrong, we get curious about what it's pointing toward.

How long does this kind of therapy typically take?

Depth work is not short-term therapy. Most people begin to notice meaningful shifts within three to six months. The deeper structural change that Jungian work is known for—genuine transformation in how you relate to yourself, your life, and the world—tends to emerge over a longer arc, typically several years of consistent engagement. That said, every person is different and we revisit the work's direction and pacing regularly.

Do I need to know anything about Jung to work with you?

Not at all. The concepts emerge naturally through the work itself. You don't need to have read Jung or know any of the terminology. What helps is curiosity, a willingness to pay attention to your inner life, and some tolerance for sitting with questions that don't have immediate answers.

Do you work with dreams? What if I don't remember mine?

Dream work is a central part of this practice for clients who are interested in it, but it's not required. Many clients work productively without bringing dreams. For those who want to engage with dreams, simply having the intention to remember them often increases recall over time.

What is telehealth therapy like? Is it as effective as in-person?

Research consistently shows telehealth therapy to be as effective as in-person for most presenting concerns. I practice exclusively via telehealth throughout California and North Carolina, which means we can work together regardless of where you are in the states. Many clients find the familiarity of their own environment actually supports the depth of the work.

What happens in the free consultation?

The consultation is a 20-minute phone call. I want to hear what's bringing you here and what you're looking for. You'll get a sense of how I work and whether this feels like the right fit. There's no obligation and no sales pitch. It's simply a conversation to see if we should continue.

Do you work with couples who aren't in crisis?

Absolutely. Some of the most productive couples work happens not in crisis but in the space between—when partners sense something is off but can't quite name it, or when the relationship is functionally fine but emotionally distant. Depth-oriented couples work is as much about growth and understanding as it is about repair.

Ready to find out if this is the right fit?

A free 20-minute consultation is the best place to start. No pressure, no commitment. Just a conversation.
